These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Webster Motor Valeting’s website and the services provided. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. They are designed to protect both the customer and Webster Motor Valeting and comply with applicable laws in England and Wales.

2. Services
Webster Motor Valeting currently provides professional mobile vehicle valeting services including Exterior Valet, Interior Valet, and Signature Full Valet. Additional services and add-ons may be introduced in the future. Services are provided at the customer’s home or workplace where suitable access is available.
3. Booking Appointments
Bookings can be made through the Website, WhatsApp Business, and Email. Bookings are only confirmed once accepted by Webster Motor Valeting. Estimated service times are approximate and may vary depending on vehicle condition.
4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate booking information.
- Ensure safe access to the vehicle.
- Remove valuable belongings before the appointment.
- Ensure sufficient working space.
- Provide access to water and electricity where required.
- Inform Webster Motor Valeting of any existing damage before work begins.
- Inform Webster Motor Valeting before the appointment if access to water, electricity or a suitable wastewater disposal point is unavailable.
5. Pricing & Additional Charges
Prices on our website serve as a guide for vehicles in average condition. Final pricing is subject to variation based on vehicle size, type and condition, and specific needs such as excessive pet hair, heavy staining, mud, or mould. Webster Motor Valeting provides transparent pricing and will discuss any necessary additional costs with you prior to commencing work. We reserve the right to apply extra charges if a vehicle requires significantly more time or specialised attention than the selected service anticipates. No additional work will be performed without your consent. We also reserve the right to refuse work involving hazardous waste or safety risks where appropriate protections are not available.
6. Payments
Payment is due in full before or immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept online payments and other advertised payment methods. Deposits are refundable where cancellations are made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Deposits may be retained where appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or the customer fails to attend, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or rearrange appointments by providing at least 24 hours notice. Webster Motor Valeting reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to poor weather, illness, or equipment failure. Alternative appointments will be offered where possible. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation charge of up to the value of any deposit paid or a reasonable fee to cover time and costs incurred. If we arrive at the agreed appointment time and are unable to access the vehicle or carry out the service due to the customer being unavailable, Webster Motor Valeting reserves the right to charge a reasonable call-out or cancellation fee. Force Majeure: Webster Motor Valeting shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, accidents, illness, equipment failure or other unforeseen events.
8. Weather Policy
As a mobile valeting business, some services are weather dependent and appointments may be rearranged if weather conditions could affect the quality or safety of the service.
9. Vehicle Condition
Customers should advise of existing scratches, paint defects, stone chips, or loose components. Webster Motor Valeting is not responsible for pre-existing damage discovered during cleaning.
10. Limitation of Liability
Reasonable care is taken with every vehicle but Webster Motor Valeting cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, electrical faults, or manufacturing defects. Whilst every effort is made to achieve the highest possible standard, Webster Motor Valeting cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, odours, scratches, paint defects or permanent contamination.
11. Personal Belongings
Customers are reminded to remove valuables before the appointment. Items left inside the vehicle remain the customer’s responsibility.
12. Photographs
With customer permission, before and after photographs may be taken for portfolio and marketing. Registration plates will be hidden where appropriate. Customers may decline photography at any time.
13. Health & Safety
Services may be refused if working conditions are unsafe. The safety of both customer and business owner is always the priority.
14. Customer Satisfaction
If a customer is unhappy with the service, they should contact Webster Motor Valeting within 24 hours to resolve genuine concerns.
15. Gift Vouchers (Future)
If gift vouchers become available, they will be valid for the stated period and cannot be exchanged for cash.
16. Website Use
Visitors agree not to disrupt the website or copy content without permission. Malicious activity will be reported.
17. Intellectual Property
All website content including logos and branding remain the property of Webster Motor Valeting.
18. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the full Privacy Policy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details of how we collect, use and protect your personal information.
19. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
20. Water, Electricity & Wastewater Disposal
20. Water, Electricity & Wastewater Disposal Customers are required to provide access to a suitable outdoor water supply and, where reasonably available, a standard electrical outlet where required for the selected service. Customers agree to permit Webster Motor Valeting to dispose of normal wash water responsibly using a suitable foul drain (such as a utility sink, toilet or other appropriate foul drainage point), where reasonably available. Webster Motor Valeting will not dispose of wash water into surface water drains, road gullies or any location where doing so could cause environmental pollution. If access to water, electricity or an appropriate wastewater disposal point is unavailable, this must be discussed before the appointment. If these requirements are not disclosed before the appointment and prevent the service from being completed or require Webster Motor Valeting to leave the site with wastewater, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable call-out fee, cancellation fee or retain any deposit paid to cover time and costs incurred.
21. Paintwork & Vehicle Condition Disclaimer
Webster Motor Valeting uses professional equipment and safe vehicle cleaning products. However, we cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing defects including failing lacquer, poor-quality repainting, deteriorated trims, loose badges, existing scratches, or other underlying defects that become apparent during the cleaning process.
